The following outline is based on our discussions to create and market an online course to teach the V5 Performance System.

Scope of Work
Establish systems to offer Content and strategies to build a Community that will support the launch of an online course.
At the end of this project, you will be able to:
Messaging: Deliver a power statement in any setting to communicate the desired outcomes of the course to the desired target audience.
Structure (Systems): Use systems that are flexible enough to support the initial launch of the course and grow with you over time.
Launch Math: Understand the math behind your revenue targets so you can proactively drive your results.
List Building (Niche): Identify your target audience and build a communication plan to connect with them and strengthen relationships over time.
Course promotions (Live, Paid, Organic): Create sales funnels to drive traffic through live speaking engagements, live streams, paid advertising and organic marketing sources.
COURSE LAUNCH DATE: WEEK OF NOVEMBER 5TH
Each coaching call will be 45-60 minutes in duration.

Receipts will be filed in your folder.
We will use this schedule as a framework to be intentional about our progress but we can make adjustments according to your needs.

Congratulations! This is a tremendous investment in you and your legacy.
Outside of our weekly coaching calls, you will have homework to complete each week on your own. A lot will be asked of you in a short period of time. Pace yourself so you don't get behind because falling behind will impact your launch date.
If you have to reschedule a call, please do so 24-48 hours in advance. Of course, life happens to even the best of intentions so we will make room for a make-up call during the same week to stay on track. All calls will be made or forfeited by Saturday, November 17, 2018.
